MEET ANGIE
ANGIE GEE
BMgt, CERTIFIED EQUINE THERAPIST
WHERE IT STARTED
Angie grew up in BC's Lower Mainland partaking in lessons and summer camps where horses became an all-consuming passion at a young age. ​
While attending UBC, she volunteered with a local horse rescue progressing over the years from a general volunteer to Secretary/Treasurer to Equine Director. Upon graduating with her Bachelors in Management, she was gifted her heart horse, China. China taught her what it really means to be a horsewoman and how important it is to always be listening, learning, and evolving.
WHERE IT HAS GONE
Wanting to learn more about the horse and to be able to provide the best care possible to China, Angie obtained her Diploma in Equine Performance Therapy in 2018 and completed an intensive program in Integrated Equine Therapies in 2019.
Angie is currently enrolled in Equilibria Therapeutics Orthopaedic Assessment courses and has completed her Cranial Therapy Certification. Angie became Elisse's apprentice in March 2023 and is now proudly working alongside her as a full-time equine therapist.
