Why EFL For Corporate

Equine facilitated learning is a skills development program that provides a dynamic process of team building, leadership, and relationship development through highly interactive accelerated learning experiences with horses. Employees work together in a collaborative effort rather than competitive environment to achieve objectives that create unforgettable learning all while having fun.

Experiential learning not only ensures effective skill development but stimulates all senses and learning styles. Team building objectives help to develop communication, consistency, self-awareness, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills that they can take back to the office and use to influence the organization's bottom line.  Individuals learn to face fears, manage emotions, as well as identify and shift limiting behaviour patterns that prevent them from developing trusting relationships in business settings.

Why Horses

Horses are dynamic mentors that are excellent for this unique type of work. With highly astute senses, horses are keenly aware of their surroundings and quick to react. They sense and respond to a person’s thoughts, intentions, and actions providing instant and non-judgemental feedback. Sessions with horses are hands on providing an experiential learning based teaching environment which can be difficult to acquire in most traditional corporate settings. Combining experiential learning with Certified Equine Facilitation (CEF) in skill development has been  well researched  and proven to deliver a powerful and unforgettable learning experience. 


Please note: CEFL is not a riding program, participants work from the ground with the horses to 

achieve the skill driven objectives. All of the skills learnedthrough the horses can be paralleled to everyday life at the office.
